Catalyst's mission is to educate, inform and aid anyone
interested in changing their life or lifestyle. Coaching
provides the techniques and tools to empower clients to make changes on a
deep personal level and to live choice-based lives. In addition, it honors
the individual as a creative, resourceful human being deserving of a full
